Why we can help you graze more efficiently
We ranch in eastern Montana with meat goats. Our management is high density/long recovery grazing. This leads us to deeper soils, better forage production and more resiliency.
In the beginning we started by dividing our pastures with hand reels but when drought pushed us to seek pasture off the ranch, we moved our goat herd to graze noxious weeds. Herding them on a horse and with a border collie was fun but not efficient and very time consuming. So we went to the shop and together as a family developed our first fence rolling machine.
Over the years and after a continual developing process, we’ve decided to share this tool with others to help them manage temporary electric fence effectively and efficiently.
